Switched to the new test and added a LOT of test results #6

I updated the docs to reference the new test page and mined BigQuery for images on most CDN's for testing.

The new test passes on Fastly and Google where the previous was failing because of a spec edge condition but virtually every CDN tested failed spectacularly.
