showInfo page, make season checkboxes check episodes #30

when a season checkbox is selected, episode checkboxes below it are toggled

if not all episode boxes are checked, check all episode boxes
else uncheck all episode boxes

more functionality:

if all subcheckboxes are checked, check season box
if no subcheckboxes are checked, uncheck season box
if half checkboxes are checked, give line through season checkbox
