What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install SN 10.6.3 retail using netbookinstaller.
2. Run UpdateExtra after install so that Wifi and XGA Video is detected
3. No aml file or platform specific files created. Shows up in verbose boot as
"GENERIC". Note a file called DSDT.1210N.aml is created in /Extra
What netbook are you using this on?
HP Mini 110-1000, 2gb 64gb SSD, 1368x768 video, Mini-1000 Wifi Card
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected /Extra/DSDT.aml file is created or available somewhere under /Extra
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Can't fix a bunch of platform issues until I can create a custom DSDT... FYI:
I also tried DSDT patcher and the files it creates does not compile (160+
errors)
SN 10.6.3 and tried under SN 10.6.6
Please provide any additional information below.
