phase 1 - current code (elements) that was rewritten does not works and i had yet got the time to really dig out the main reasoning, but we are slowly getting there to have one of the files with a decent structure at the very least.

heyyyyyyyyyy i'm kinda busy doing other things - so we decided to only do the wizard for now since that was the one we were most terrified at as we wanted to release this ASAP

i tried to make it the most compatible with the existing code as possible, which means no modifications on the logic itself, leaving a LOT of room for improvements and modularity for future commits.

@angelbruni pls review and correct me on any incorrect mistypos or implementations ty ty love you

(also holy shit the +190/-416 diff, that's insane lmfaoooo)
