What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Scroll down on comment list.
2. Select comment of text not currently on screen.
3. Comment will show on comment panel, but text on left panel doesn't update to
reflect the content on which the comment was made.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see the relevant text when clicking on a comment.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
