Error message

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.click on little phone icon to send link to phone
2.it does sent link
3.but i get this on the chrome browser "Error sending link: ERROR To remove 
this error message, please install latest extension from 
code.google.com/p/chrometophone OK"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it wasn't doing this yesterday

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
on vista google chrome browser

I resolved this issue by uninstalling the chrome extension and then install.
