Please answer the questions about build version and network, will save
developers a lot of time !

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install chrome to phone in browser
2. DO NOT install chrome to phone on phone
3. Click the button.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

You get this:

ERROR To remove this error message, please install latest extension from
code.google.com/p/chrometophone
ERROR (User unknown)

Instead it'd be nice to be redirected to the chrometophone website directly,
with instructions on how to download the app to the phone. Possibly including a
QR code.

What version of the android, in Settings -> About phone -> Build number (
ex. FRFxx ) ? If less than FRF50 - see the FAQ.

n/a

Is the phone using WiFi or mobile network when problem occurs ? If Wifi,
are you behind a firewall that blocks outgoing connections ?

n/a

Can you open "Gmail" application ? Do you see new messages without hitting
'refresh' ?

n/a
Can you open "Talk" application ? Do you see incoming chats ?

Please provide any additional information below.

I couldn't figure out how to change the type to enhancement instead of defect.
Probably have to be listed as a dev or something. Anyhow, this isn't a defect :)

The new extension (uploaded today) cleans things up. Good idea re having the
post-login page offer a QR code to complete installation. Will add.

We should also do the reverse - include the link to the extension install
instructions in the android app. We should have a page that also links to the
other browser extensions/bookmarklets.
