Thoughts On Tests

setupServices and t.context seems like making a mess
All pools should use ManualPriceAuthority
Should implement assertion methods that encapsulate multiple ava assertions
Should use helper methods addPool, depositMoney and borrow anywhere possible
Should use destructuring instead of dot notation
Might implement some base scenarios for borrowing and depositing
