Site Cleanup #140

Initial run through of cleaning up sites. Might do another sweep through the broken list. As many broken sites, of a certain category, share the same detection blocks. (The sorted list can be seen here: https://github.com/SoraHjort/The-note-you-are-trying-to-make-is-too-big-for-pastebin-repo/blob/master/webcomic%20reader%20clean%20up%20list.txt )

As well as another sweep through the dead list incase I missed something. This time with regex since half way through I went "hey I could regex search through this" and that cut my time down by quite a bit.

Edit: Regex has confirmed I got everything in the dead list.

It is ready to be merged as is. If any additional clean up occurs past this point, that can be handled in another pull, if it's been merged by then.

Alright, done. Threw an additional 17 in. Making the final cull count to be 219..... .... Just a moment

Ok back, threw in additional one. 220 culled. There was one comic listed by a IP address instead of a domain name. Can not find any trace of it. So I don't know if it moved or is truly dead. But it might as well.

I'm done with the clean up for now. I might come back later and go through the special notes and moved list. In the special notes one specifically there are several I'm planning on checking in on a later date to see if they are back up and running.
