MC: Display more details on up-next song

As an MC I want to see all the metadata for the upcoming song so I can use them for moderation in between performances.

Visually distinguish between “now playing” and “up next”
For an MC, the upcoming song is the most important one for moderation
our files carry quite a lot of Metadata #TAGs that can be displayed
That info is helpful in enriching moderation between songs (while artists on stage change, etc.)
Currently displayed:
- Performing Person's nicknames
- Original Title
- Original Artist
- (Year)
- Waiting time until this song is up (which in case of up-next is literally alway “now”)
- Cover art
- Icon for DUETs

Would love to also see the content of these tags:

#EDITION (for example Eurovision, SingStar
, etc)
- Already in exists and in use; from USDX Spec v1.1.0 on can have multiple entries separated by commas.
#GENRE Musical genre (Rock, Pop, Schlager)
- Already in exists and in use; from USDX Spec v1.1.0 on can have multiple entries separated by commas.
#LANGUAGE (German, English, Scat, etc.)
- Already in exists and in use; from USDX Spec v1.1.0 on can have multiple entries separated by commas.
#CREATOR credit to those who create songs! (Already exists and is in use; from USDX Spec v1.1.0 on can have multiple entries separated by commas.)
For duets: P1: (usually channel 1, blue) and P2: (ch2, red): Some songs have these set to denote which Mic is which voice in the duet, so performers can use the correct microphone/role/pitch.
Icon when a song does have a #VIDEO
#COMMENT (rarely used so far, but is in the current USDX v1.0.0 spec, just a single string, might be long)
#TAGS (rarely used so far, but is in the upcoming USDX v1.1.0 spec; Can be multiple, separated by commas.)

Not all of these tags MUST be present in all songs.

Even Duets don't need to have P1: and P2: tags. (Though I'm striving to provide them.)
There's no point in showing Tags deprecated as of v1.0.0.
