credset() interpretation #44

Hello, I have used the credset() function with a threshold=0.99 at a region of 5800 SNPs, the results show that 5200 of these SNPs are included in the credible set. I would not expect such a big number of SNPs in the credible set. Is this normal or am I missing something? Is there any parameter to decrease this number? Best

To answer this we would need to know more about your data. Could you share the Manhattan plot for this region?
