1. What version of Oversight are you using?
2006

2. On what operating system?
Vista

3. If it is a scan related defect please provide scan logs . see
http://code.google.com/p/oversight/wiki/SendingLogReports#Scan_Logs (scan
errors without scan logs will be looked at last.)

4 What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On the 1st page of scanned videos there is nothing shown, only the message
"oversight.cgi: gaya_cgi.c:317: url_encode_static: Assertion `str' failed."
The following pages show videos normally.

5. If possible tested with the latest alpha.

Please provide any additional information below.

Can you try changing your skin and see if the issue persists.

Can I just check. Once you upgraded you did a full scan of the folders then got
this error?
If so we'll need a copy of the index.db and plot.db files.

Just an update, I have reformatted the HDD and re installed everything ( NMT
and all).
It was the only way to bring Oversight back to a functional level.
I hope I dont get into the same kind of trouble again, it was a lot of time
spent in attempting to fix it.
Thanks for the help and time put into the problem I had, even if we could not
get to a "more elegant" solution.
All is fine now.
Cheers!

I get the exact same error. But only when I choose "TV" or "All".
"Movie" and "Other works just fine. Could it be that there´s too many files to
scrape? Because in last.log it seems to just stop before it´s done.
