Add gpt-4o-mini to model list #46

It looks like tasks that use gpt-3.5-turbo should just switch to gpt-4o-mini. See https://openai.com/index/gpt-4o-mini-advancing-cost-efficient-intelligence/

Note: some early tests show that gpt-4o-mini is not very good and not sure if we want to make it available.
