[x] Open the localhost link automatically upon startup.
[x] Remove the "Chat" header as it is unnecessarily taking up space -- the UI is obvious enough.

[x] Observational messages ("Assistant called x tool") should be more subtle yet distinguishable through e.g. using a lighter/gray display font style.
[x] Don't set DCC through the modal-- remove the modal as new agent-based configuration and prompt intends to have it asked by the workflow-specific agent
