Meaning about notification settings #91

Hello developer what is difference of these three notification settings?

Personally i think Update Notification Setting is for apps not installed on phone and Installed Notification Setting is for apps Installed on phone.

And if i open third setting then if one app update and there is update in changelog then there will be two Notifications where one is for updated app and another is for update in its changelog?

Not sure if it is right.
