Investigate deployment of applications to the Anoma resource machine

We will split this issue once we have more information about the work involved.

The first step is to investigate the structure of an application in the Anoma resource machine and find what APIs are used to deploy them.

We will then determine / raise issues for:

• Juvix library support that's required to support writing Anoma applications
• CLI / other tooling is required in the Juvix compiler
• Documentation on building and deploying applications
