Allow import of GPX to provide turn-by-turn directions #111

I would really like to be able to take maps from mapmyride.com and other 
locations, import them, then use them to provide turn-by-turn directions.  This 
would be immensely useful, not to mention safer, when I'm riding out of town or 
exploring new routes.
