there are a few issues with this rn

  1. If the user changes the speed and switches to another chapter then the speed shown is the same but the actual speed of the audio is 1x only
  2. Other than that, change the UI of the select menu to match the ui of the website
  3. Too much gap between volume control and speed control
  4. it's not shown when the no audio book is playing, it should show.
