What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. login procedure
2. does not recognize my password
3. after having requested new password sent by email, doesn't recognize it
either
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get a message saying my password is wrong
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
using chrome browser
