is it possible to create an alert system for live oi chart

What would the conditions for the alert be? And what kind of alert (visually) are you thinking of? Is it something along the lines of a window.alert() or a toast notification?

if you see on sensibull live oi chart has a graph with put oi in green and put oi in orange with SPot price in purple colour

I want an alert when spot price crosses one of the line

but i get to choose which alert I want

some times I want alert when it touches only put oi and some times I want alert only when it crosses call oi
