This is a backport of PR #141 as merged into main (dc987e7335817983ab8a9b5d01157b830be9151d).

SUMMARY

The Ansible partner team reached out as the following error occurred while publishing the collection to galaxy

Loading role git_plan 
Could not get role description, no role metadata found 
Loading role inventory_from_outputs 
Could not get role description, no role metadata found

This pull request aims to remove the warning by adding a meta/main.yml to each role, with the galaxy information.
