Will need to cherry pick from https://github.com/ansible/ansibullbot/ once Martin has it running there.

@gundalow since this is needed really soon (and AZP support in https://github.com/ansible/ansibullbot/ is up and running): is there any update on this? Is anyone working on this?

We have a rough plan, @mkrizek is going to detail the steps then my team will implement them.

The bits of functionality are:

stale_ci label
Comment to rerun CI
Add a comment to the PR for failing ansible-test sanity (though longer term I'd love us to move to https://github.com/gundalow/GHA_testing/pull/1/files#diff-70465369df343daa4a01c0d2675c7e479f4ef126e597badb40648774e1a9992aR1970)
