Add rocket icon to Launch button #8664

I have a number of users who are very confused the first time or two with the relationship between the Launch button and the rocket icon used to launch jobs in other places. My suggestion is to tie the two together by adding the icon to the Launch button so that there is an immediate recognition.

If we're going to do this for launch we should probably do it for other buttons with text like Edit, Sync, Delete, etc.

@wenottingham Other apps on the RH cloud platform are using text only buttons as recommended by PatternFly If we want to pursue this, I agree with @mabashian that we should apply it to the complete set of action buttons. I think this is fine to move to the backlog until I can get further clarification from PF in the use of icons in buttons.
