New servicenow issue: attach-problem (Sandbox id: mj5jfnzntukw) #590

Hey,

This is more generic around the ServiceNow demo on Instruqt.

I usually get on a couple of days before I am going to do this demo, because people leave cruft in the environment. I am wondering if we should be doing something to clean up what is left over weekly.

Also, there are about 15K Linux hosts. Not sure how they got in here, or if they are being used for another demo or reason. I have been cleaning them up, but would like to make sure that I am not breaking something else if I remove all of them?

There’s a cleanup job that may have gotten stuck. I’ll check it out

Fixed a sandbox cleanup task and added periodic cleanup tasks in case they fail. Thanks for the report!
