Fedora builds are broken #384

Deactivated from CI/CD in #383 and #385 - @anssakthi @tusharbana-ansys please investigate. I need to comment this stage out for releasing... Fedora builds are not critical. Windows app needs a new release.

Once the fix is implemented, please revert changes in #383 and #385
