Adding AMS on OBS #4887

We need to follow this guide in order to be eligible to be placed on OBS. https://obsproject.com/wiki/Service-Submission-Guidelines

I need help from the team to follow up on this process.

Get the users to the website and ovh36 is a staging server that may not work time to time.
