If one wants to configure the software to run with "presence absence (pa)" species for global or regional data, it is unclear which format is needed.
In my setting file I use the following flags:
pa_po_reg;pa;1_speciesdata;presence only (po) or presence absence (pa) for regional data
pa_po_glo;pa;1_speciesdata;presence only (po) or presence absence (pa) for global data
