Option to Display the Arrow Keys #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Every difficult to place the cursor to correct English Alphabets
2. Placement of cursor amongst Chinese Characters is also not good

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Option for users to show and hide Arrow Keys should meet no drawback / 
objection.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Imagine one has a small screen, tiny little lines and a thick finger tip!
