Duplicate downloading with altered filename #215

Ok, I finally know what the situation for this one is. I'm sure I posted this
before, but anyway, here it is:

If a "Tag List" for downloading in a single tab has two tags that result in a
download of the same file, then any duplicates will have a (1), (2), (3), etc.
appended to the end.

Can this be fixed so it will note these situations and simply not download the
extras, instead of renaming them?
I know this isn't likely a common issue for most people, but I tend to gather
lists of artists, then get them in bulk later...
example situation:

Tab 1, New List
Source: Pixiv
Search Mode: By User's Gallery (Name in Tags)
Tag: Create Tag List

Tag List:
1515548
1515548
1515548

In this situation, you'd end up with two of every download, with a (1) appended
to all files from the second listing of the User's ID and a (2) appended to all
from the third. And so on.

Pretty easy to solve! Just add url=url rule to duobles list in settings.

Ah, I think that did fix it!
Could that be added as one of the defaults? I imagine that might help others
who, like me, aren't as sure about how that setting works.
