Absolute path is not checked for proper length, so if I have deep nested 
directories and use formating like <$short$ %id% $tags$>.$ext$, files with too 
many tags cannot be created

Ya, known bug, use constant count of tags (ex. $tags(10)$).
I'll fix it in future.
