update e2e, gulp tsc breaking change update #163

should fix #160 and fix #162

TypeScript 2.0.3 upgrade
also contains codelyzer breaking changes temp fix when 2.0.2 update
now e2e will use ts-node for running TS on node
e2e folder now moved to root level
migrating from typings to official @types
