To be completely honest I feel your wording tends more towards "fancy"/"fluffy" marketing-style language, rather than just simple and clear, which is the tone I was going for in the manifesto, mimicking the very simple language used in https://agilemanifesto.org/

• builders first, software engineers second -> first and foremost with a strong foundation
• shared goal -> collective aspiration
• refuse to limit ourselves to -> embracing a broader role beyond

Maybe the wording reminds me of the very verbose and fluffy output of AI 😅
