How to "Download the necessary datasets"? #2

Congratulations for such amazing paper!

I'm a student form SCUT in Guangdong and I want to study building my own Toxicity DB from scratch and wish to study you example, but I can't start the db locally using the script in this repo.

I find there are no data included in this repo and I can't download them. Maybe you will tell us how to do the second step in the README? Much tks !!!
