Too much handwork doing a release #182

Doing an Elda release currently requires hand-stitching documentation links 
(for quickstart, index, and advanced in docs, and on the Elda front page). It's 
easy
to forget to do this. Also the upload of the standalone jar is done by hand. 
This
should be fixed so that only release:(prepare, perform) is needed.
