Please assign this under HacktoberFest2024 ! Expected Behavior: Hover on navigation -" Login & Register" should smoothly increase in size as other navigation elements do in the webpage.

Actual Behavior: on hover to the navigation -" Login & Register" does nothing or does not have hover effect.
