MAO - Monthly active organizations table #1172

A table to list all the active organizations over a month. (maybe 30 days from today's date or actually monthly)

Columns:

  1. Name of org
  2. Total sales count
  3. Total sales revenue
  4. Total number of days active (days where they made at least 1 sale)
  5. Last sales date (so that we know if/when they stopped using Lipi)
  6. Manage Button

Sorted by their total sales count or total sales rev.
