Part Creation RGB LCD 16x2 #1725

I am looking for a part to be made that is designed to match the RGB Negative 
backlight LCD 16x2 sold by adafruit.com. I copied the link to the item below 
and attached it's schematic.

I can figure out how to edit the parts in the part editor to create it myself.

I still can't find this part. Can you give me the post date or the file name 
please? Searching by rgb or lcd does not find this part.

There is no part; I duplicated this issue to issue 875 which is where part 
requests (and part uploads) go. You might also consider a forum post.
