UI is scaled to fullscreen #12

When testing I get the plugin in fullscreen with no way to downsize, probably because of this it also doesn't show up on top of QGIS but 'behind' it and it is not visible after opening it.

Expected behaviour:

The plugin to have some default fixed size and be resizable. The plugin shouldn't take up the whole screen and users should still be able to see some of the map.

Currently, the UI is made with the QT-toolkit/UI-builder, which is pretty static in this respect...
