By no means complete, but this is at a stage now where a request (via a JSON/HTTP POST) is forwarded on to the packaged shell script ("resources/worker/gogoduck.sh"), so it's probably worth someone else reviewing.

Follow the instructions in the README.md

I should also note: this is now ready (enough) to begin portal integration, so some of those other tickets on the board can be started...
