For all those wondering, I was made aware of this before work on this started, and I'm in favour when it comes to bringing this to Apoli.
I actually like this implementation better than my own tbh, it's cleaner.

This PR adds an
edible_item
power type similar to Apugli'sedible_item
power type, where items that fulfill the specified item condition will be made edible
