Create testing DMN model #1057

Create a single DMN model that features all the tags/attributes described by DMN spec. Note: it could be possible that such model can't be actually created - to verify

Please take into account the way the DRG is handled. See this issue. It describes why it currently is very dangerous/not practical at all to have several Decision Graphs in a single .dmn file.
