Motivation

Integrate bookkeeper-visual-manager as part of pulsar-manager.

Step we mentioned in the meeting:

Deploy Bookkeeper Visual Manager on Maven Central.
Create a SSO System against Pulsar Manager to have a single way to authenticate to the application.
Integrate Multi Tenancy (as Pulsar Manager provides).
