[Functions issues on state] #15294

Expected behavior

After executing the increCounter() functions,the terminals appears some exception of "the state is not enabled". So i just wanna figure out how the state can be enabled? Please help , it's hurry.thx

The issue had no activity for 30 days, mark with Stale label.
