[Improvement] Remove Unused Dependent Charts in KubeBlocks Deployment #8311

When Deploying Kubeblocks, it will by default deploy many potentially useful charts , addons, configmaps, etc. As time goes by, KubeBlocks should update it dependency on others, and make its installation more concise and clean.
