Implementing CashDesk, its methods and methods connected to the ParkingLot class. Implementing GUI controllers and debugging already implemented parts.

Implemented the Car Entry and Car Exit verification (only usable when Parking Lot is opened).
Implemented Settings window controller that loads all current settings.
