Use SeaBreeze instead of OmniDriver #5

In the longer term this would allow a fully open-source implementation and independence from Ocean Insight. It needs to be checked how well different spectrometer models are supported and if all the functionallity used in 'ooacquire' is available.

OceanOptics has discontinued support for OmniDriver and it is no longer available for dowload. This makes the move more urgent.
