Exclude the symbols 'bytes?' and 'update' from the Clojure referral.

@aphyr Could you make new release with this change? It would be great to have them, since I'm currently seeing lot of warnings.

Yes, you asked for this yesterday. I've done all the pre-release work, but I can't actually deploy until I get home--my signing keys aren't accessible while I'm traveling.
