Monetization mock API or dummy data for demonstration #320

One thing is that is a challenge is that without the monetization add-on you cannot demo the distro's monetization features. The developer sandbox accounts do not include this add-on. It seems like it might not be too bad to have a mock setting just so that you could demonstrate the workflow. I could help with this if I could have example API responses we would need to mock in order to achieve this feature.

We are currently working on mocking out the Apigee Edge responses for testing and plan to do the same for M10n afterwards. At that time I think you would have mock info to do this. Interesting idea!

That would be amazing because it's currently hard to demonstrate this functionality without an active paid account
