Server/Client version of the Miner SW

Please create a server version of the Idle Miner SW. Use case: Idle Miner SW is deployed on a lightweight (Raspberry Pi) server or VPS.

• This server will also (later) act as the EMS, controlling energy flow between the available sources such as mains, PV (AC and DC coupled), BESS, etc.
• The SW does not directly start mining on the local machine but instead, makes API calls to HiveOS, NiceHash (or any other crypto mining-focussed SW with a sufficiently capable API) to start/stop CPU/GPU mining based on the actual kWh electricity price and (later) available energy sources.
• Each rig should be independently addressable by the SW and support multiple profiles (flight sheets) for both CPU and GPU's.
• The 24-Hour History should show start and stop times (per rig) as well as total running time (per rig) so that this information can be used (later) by the EMS.

@aplace-lab Important, the server version should support wake on LAN as we are going to have to put the miners to sleep. The idle power draw is higher than I expected which means that we are going to have to put the rigs to sleep based on the power price and wake them up again, which we can only do via WoL using magic packet I believe. Server version should also support Awesome Miner. I think a server/client version of your SW would be the best long term. Could also help us with web GUI and farm dashboard right?
