This is a duplicate PR to fix Server Side rendering. This can be closed. I will send another PR for Apollo subscription.

I believe, as @veeramarni said, we can close this PR. Accessing the meteorClientConfig is possible on the current version 0.2.1 😊

Don't think this was part of 0.2.1, but it was fixed by #57, which was included in 0.3.1
